Comfort Basic – Brown

I purchased Jewel Brown lenses from this store. Unfortunately, the left lens caused severe eye irritation and excessive watering when I wore it. Because of this, I had to stop using the lenses immediately.
I contacted customer support regarding the issue, but I have not received a response so far. Based on my personal experience, I am disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I hope the company addresses this issue and responds to customer complaints promptly.
Please be careful and ensure any contact lenses you purchase are comfortable and safe for your eyes.
